Shipping costs & delivery conditions

Shipping within Germany

For a net order value of €250.00 or more, we deliver free of shipping costs (excluding islands). For a net merchandise value below €250.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of €8.00 (plus VAT) for climate-neutral shipping with GLS (B2B). For deliveries to German islands, an additional charge of €15.00 (plus VAT) applies.

All prices in the AAV shop are net, plus VAT.

Invoice (B2B)

For business customers with a valid business account. After successful credit check, you will receive the goods and pay the invoice amount within the agreed period. Processing is done directly via the AAV shop – secure, transparent, and GDPR-compliant.

Purchase on account – via Ratepay

Buy conveniently on account and pay later. The use of purchase on account via Ratepay requires a successful credit check by Ratepay. The invoice is paid directly to Ratepay via bank transfer.

Prepayment (with 2% discount)

Transfer the invoice amount in advance and benefit from a 2% discount. After selecting the payment method, you will receive all payment information and the prepayment invoice via email. Shipping will commence immediately after receipt of payment.

PayPal & PayPal Express

Pay easily, quickly, and securely via PayPal – even without your own account. With PayPal Express, you benefit from a particularly fast ordering process, as your billing and delivery data are automatically transferred.

PayPal – Pay Later

Buy now and pay later conveniently via PayPal. Select this option at checkout and use the flexible payment term.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other common credit cards. 

SEPA Direct Debit & Bank Transfer

Choose between direct debit (SEPA) or classic bank transfer. All transactions are transmitted encrypted and processed securely.
