Portwest's Ultrasonic S548 infrared heated hi-vis tunnel jacket combines high visibility with outstanding comfort and insulation properties. Optimal insulation and durability are guaranteed by the high-quality materials. The outer fabric of the hi-vis jacket is made of 100% polyester pongee ripstop with a TPU membrane, the filler is 100% polyester taffeta and the inner lining is 100% polyester.

The water-repellent fabric, the welded seams and the surface treatment repel oil, dirt and water.

The padded hi-vis jacket also features heated carbon fiber inserts that provide extra warmth to the wearer of the jacket. This additional heat can be controlled via a button on the chest, which allows the high-visibility jacket wearer to choose between 3 different heat levels. The rechargeable battery provides heat for about 3 to 10 hours. This is especially ideal in cold working conditions.

Elastic cuffs, an adjustable hem, and a chin guard with an internal flap provide additional comfort. A detachable, lined hood provides additional weather protection. In addition, the hi-vis jacket has 4 pockets and 2 additional side pockets with zippers for safe storage of personal belongings.
