Returns & exchanges – fair, transparent and customer-friendly
Even in the B2B sector, it can happen that items do not fit or are not needed. To ensure that your return in the AAV shop runs smoothly, we have summarized the most important points for you in a compact way. Please also note our terms and conditions, in particular the regulations on warranty and returns.
Procedure of a return
- Pack the items carefully, enclose a copy of the delivery note and use only neutral parcel tape.
- You can apply for the return label and the pick-up date conveniently via our Customer Service . As soon as our returns portal is online, you can complete the process directly there.
- Stick the label on and hand over the package to the pick-up service.
- For an exchange, please order the desired replacement item directly from the AAV shop.
Requirements for a return
In order for us to credit goods, they must:
- be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging
- for disposable items (e.g. gloves, overalls, clip hoods) are returned in unopened packaging
- For sensitive items, be returned with full packaging material (e.g. padding, cardboard)
The following are excluded from exchange:
- worn, washed, or soiled items (e.g., clothing, shoes, gloves)
- Opened packaging of disposable items
- damaged or glued shoe boxes, shipping boxes with customer logo tape
- Custom-made products (e.g. embroidered or printed goods)
- Stock goods or special items that are no longer needed
Cost of return shipping
Incorrect order by the customer
- Return shipping costs and restocking fee are borne by the customer.
- Full packaging units of saleable goods: 10 % of the net value of the goods, at least 10 € (restocking fee).
- Opening quantities of saleable goods: 20% of the net value of the goods, at least 20 € (restocking fee).
- Non-saleable goods: 50% of the net value of the goods plus costs for the restoration of saleability (restocking fee).
Incorrect delivery by AAV
We will take care of the collection for you - free of charge, of course.
Defective or faulty items
Please report the defect in writing within two weeks of delivery. Send a photo of the affected item to info@aav-shop.de.Our service team will review the case immediately and ensure a quick solution.
Examination deadline and entitlement
Please note: After receipt of the delivery, a two-week inspection period applies. After this period, the claim for return or exchange expires, unless there is a warranty case (Section 377 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) – Obligation to give notice in the B2B sector).
